Chef Evan Mallett, of The Black Trumpet, will prepare a hearty, seasonal meal sourced right from Hackmatack’s land with a focus on sustainable regional food systems. Come and enjoy a beautiful evening surrounded by the rustic charm of our 17th-century farmstead. It’s an unforgettable evening of good food, entertaining music, great company, and the true taste of Maine.
Event begins at 5pm with a cash-bar cocktail hour followed by the dinner at 6pm.
