About the event
Honoring the Legacy, Cultivating the Future
Nourishing Food for Thought, founded in loving memory of Zale and Saxon Dudas, empowers our community through interactive regenerative farming, nutritional culinary education, and outdoor activity for holistic well-being. This fundraising event will feature a 3-course meal prepared by the Executive Chef of The Breakers Palm Beach, Anthony Sicignano.
Chef Anthony leads the culinary vision for the iconic oceanfront resort's 10 distinctive dining establishments, overseeing a team of 150 professionals. He is a Breaker's veteran since 1993. A Long Island native, his passion for cooking began at age 14 in his family's restaurants. He later earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Art of America and honed his craft at the legendary Waldorf Astoria in New York City as well as acclaimed restaurants in East Hampton and Long Island.
We are honored to have Chef Anthony provide an exquisite 3-course menu for this evening, whereby all proceeds will be donated to Nourishing Food For Thought.
This special farm-to-table dinner will directly support our vital programs, including:
Youth Empowerment: Providing device-free experiences that teach responsibility, critical thinking, and a deep connection to nature.
Regenerative Agriculture Education: Raising awareness about sustainable practices and healthy living.
