pop-up events & catering - where every detail is a celebration of Scotland's bounty and the power of connection - Events focused on savouring the moment and driving sustainability.

is a family-run farm that has been loved and cared for by the Imrie family for four generations and has an ethos just like ours, celebrating Scotland and food sustainability so we knew we had to work together when we were first introduced.

We are really excited to be working together to bring you an experience you won’t forget.

Our Farm to Fork event will take place in the amazing dome which is nestled on the hill at Blairskaith, at Hillhead Farm. An exclusive venue, close to Glasgow, yet feels like you are in secluded in the middle of nowhere. With landscaped gardens, unparalleled views of unspoilt countryside and a view of the city of Glasgow, you will be eating incredible food at a one-of-a-kind, breathtaking, private space where we hope you will all enjoy the surroundings and food with a boogie at the end of the night.

Third - LEMON - Hand-crafted Ice-ream, Italian Meringue, Pastry

Finish - Digestif

Using high-quality ingredients with the lowest possible carbon footprint, from the farm itself, as well as, other local farmers, vendors and artists, bringing you food and entertainment from your communities to your plate. A celebration of Scotland’s bountiful larder and thriving creative scene. Savour, Chef Ally, has curated a seasonal menu that won’t disappoint.
