Under the guidance of Farmer Andrew, you'll grind, season, stuff, and link your own sausages to take home and enjoy later. After the hands-on experience, you’ll sit down to enjoy a delicious meal showcasing the very best of Spring House Farm. The highlight of the meal will be pasta topped with our flavorful Provence sausage, perfectly seasoned and crafted from our pasture-raised pork.
