• Gates Open at 4 PM: Step into a culinary paradise with a glass of champagne as your welcome drink. As you take in the sights and sounds of our vibrant farm, get ready for an afternoon filled with flavor, music, and fun.
• Guided Farm Tour: After your welcome drink, take a guided tour of our farm and immerse yourself in the beauty of our farm-to-table produce. You’ll have the chance to hand-pick fresh ingredients to take home, connecting with the roots of your meal in a truly meaningful way.
• Live Cooking Demonstration: At 5 PM, the culinary magic begins! Watch as our very own Chef Lance Ramhurst teams up with special guest, Chef Todd Fisher, from The Meatery. Together, they’ll bring their flavors to life in front of your eyes with a live grilling and cooking presentation! It’s an interactive experience where you can ask questions, learn new techniques, and witness the creation of mouthwatering dishes.
• A Feast for the Senses: As the live cooking continues, enjoy the soulful tunes of Jillian Shaw, whose live music will keep the energy high throughout the evening. Once the dishes are ready, sit down to savor the extraordinary flavors crafted by our talented chefs—every bite will be an unforgettable taste of the freshest ingredients and innovative cooking.
