Description:

Join us for an enriching day out at Farmer Mike's U-Pick in Bonita Springs and help make a difference in early learning student’s lives! The Healthy Earth Organization is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to serve as chaperones for a farm field trip involving our early learning students. This hands-on educational experience will see our little explorers engaging with nature, where they will pick their own strawberries and sunflowers to take home.

Volunteer Role:

As a volunteer chaperone, you will:

• Meet directly at Farmer Mike's U-Pick at 10:30 AM.
• Await the arrival of students via buses and assist them throughout the event.
• Guide and support the children during their picking activities and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
• Help organize and oversee the lunch session before preparing the children for departure back to their schools.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable outdoor clothing and appropriate footwear for a farm environment.
• A packed lunch and water bottle (in case of delays).

Who Can Volunteer: Anyone with a passion for education, loves working with children, and doesn’t mind a bit of farm fun! Background checks may be required for new volunteers.
