In May of 2022, JoJo and Waz brought Ounces Outdoors to an underutilized corner of Northgate Mall in Terra Linda — and transformed it into one of our community’s most beloved gathering spots. With its open-air patio, local craft beer, food trucks, and live music, Ounces quickly became a place where neighbors met, kids played, and summer evenings stretched late with laughter and song.Now, as JoJo and Waz prepare to close this chapter, let’s come together to celebrate what they built. Join us on Friday, November 28, for their Going-Away Party featuring Hot Rod Time Machine, a rockin’ tribute to the early days of rock & roll. It’s our chance to raise a glass to JoJo and Waz, thank them for bringing so much life and spirit to Terra Linda, and send them off in true community style.
