"I am not saying I have fully accomplished this full-time, inner-peace, Buddist-monk style. Far from it! But I am a heck of a lot more at peace than I once was, as these tools I use are powerful. It’s the power of realness, relatability and authenticity.
Come and join a chat with me, a talk where I am not talking at you, but with you. Come and sit where you will always be welcomed and feel safe. Not only safe, but seen, heard and validated. Come and learn with me how we can self sooth a little more, calm our nervous systems, let go of beliefs that tell us we are not good enough and shatter all illusions of fear so we can walk this warrior path with faith and courage.

I've come to learn that keeping it simple is best. Small, baby steps into unwiring old patterns and programs which we learnt when we just needed to survive, now being able to thirve and always come back to that inner safety and trust no matter what the external circumstance.
