π Flying Otter Vineyard & Winery will walk the vineyard and explain how grapes are grown and prepared for harvest.
π Cherry Creek Winery will dive into the fermentation process, where juice begins its transformation into wine.
π Chateau Aeronautique Winery will explore how barrel aging shapes flavor, aroma, and complexity.
π Pentamere Winery will explore the bottling process, where the wineβs story comes full circle.
