Join us Saturday October 11th at the Midland Town Hall, 312 Great Eastern Highway, Midland for a Fantasy Masquerade Ball.
Mix Masks with Ballgowns, Wings, Claws and Fangs in this enchanting over 18’s event.
V.I.P admission will begin from 5pm. General admission begins at 5:45pm. Admission closes at 6:30pm.
Please bring your digital or printed ticket and present it upon arrival to be checked in . You will then receive a stamp allocating you to one of two "Houses" for participation in voluntary quests and challenges. You will be given a wristband according to the ticket tier you purchased and a token to exchange for your welcome cocktail (or low alcohol alternative).
Once admission closes, gather in the main hall to hear the welcome speech and important information for quest / challenge completion.
Let the magic truly begin with the Jarrah Celts providing traditional folk dancing tuition and live music.
Canape Platters ( Bite sized nibbles, with some more substantial options) served from approximately 7:00pm until 9:00pm, followed by dessert! Please email [email protected] with any dietary requirements.
Choose to included a beverage package with your ticket - Beer, Wine, Cider, Juice and Soft drink or opt for a cash bar, pay only for what you drink.
End the evening with the DJ playing a mix of bardcore and classics. Requests welcome.
Capture the night with professional event photography. Remember it forever with an individual gift collected on Departure.
Enter the "Best Mask" competition to win prizes crafted by local Perth artisans.
This is a black tie event with full fantasy flare, all lore’s welcome.
No abusive/ antisocial / bullying behaviour will be tolerated. Security will be on site. Please do not bring edged / metal weapons . Prop weapons made of soft foam type materials permitted. No replica guns, bows, slings or anything able to launch a projectile.
