About this Event
Captain’s Auction Warehouse is offering an incredible array of vintage, classic and modern pinball machines, video arcade games, and more at its upcoming live and online auction on Saturday, February 28 and Sunday, March 1.
The Captain’s bounty spans decades of Pinball’s Golden Age with dozens of pinballs going up for bid, starting with a fabulous 1958-vintage Sunshine, and Electra-Pool and Zig Zag machines from the swinging ‘60s.
The 1970s will be well-represented with hits such as Stars, Dracula, Hot Hand, Jive Time, Monte Carlo, The $6 Million Man, and a rare Lectronamo all going under the gavel. The Captain is also auctioning off a stellar array of 1980s favorites, including Alien Power, Galaxy, Road Kings, Roller Disco, and Taxi, as well as 1990s darlings Maverick, Street Fighter II, Theatre of Magic, and White Water pinballs.
If you’re seeking contemporary options, an assortment of modern pinball machines also will be auctioned, including a Walking Dead premium edition model; Avatar The Battle for Pandora limited edition model; a 2021 The Mandalorian pro edition -- available just in time for the upcoming feature movie premiere -- and a 2025 Star Wars Fall of The Empire pro model.
Video arcade fans rejoice with fantastic deals on scores of full-size commercial console models, including such beloved games as Asteroids, Dig Dug, Frogger, Galaga, Kangaroo, Mr. Do’s Castle, Street Fighter II, Stargate, Tekken 3, Tetris and more, as well as a collection of multi-cade games in both upright console and cocktail table configurations, including one that’s new-in-box. The Captain is also auctioning off a fleet of ride-on racing games, including Cruisin’ Blast, Cruisin’ USA, Cruisin’ World, MotoGP, Superbikes, Too Fast and Furious and even an Ivan Stewart’s Off-Road classic.
Among this auction’s rarer offerings is a circa 1988 Cyber Ball 2072 from Atari featuring dual 19-inch CRT monitors, and a 1980s-era Williams Top Dawg Shuffle Alley bowling game, believed to be one of only 84 ever produced. The Captain is also offering a curated collection of vintage slot machines, as well as pool tables, air hockey tables, and much more.
Captain’s Auction Warehouse is family-owned and operated and is proud to be the only Arcade Game and Pinball Machine Auction Warehouse selling coin-operated and amusement games on the West Coast. Bidding will begin live on-site and online on Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1 at 11 a.m. PDT at Captain’s Auction Warehouse with hands-on demo opportunities beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday. The Auction will also be streamed in real-time online at www.captainsauctionwarehouse.com and via Facebook and YouTube at https://bit.ly/2Cn6zt9. Registration is free.
