F&F Family Yoga & Ice Cream Social

Join us at Fit and Fire Studios for a fun evening of family yoga and ice cream! 605 Scoops is going to be on-site selling all their amazing ice cream flavors! Take a tour of the Fit and Fire building and see all of the things we offer including our float tank, salt cellar, 3 fitness studios and more! AND the newly opened Abode Chiropractic Clinic in the building will also be there giving tours and answering any questions you may have about your pre-natal, post-natal, child, or family chiropractic needs! Also, attend one of our 30 minute family yoga sessions of the evening and get a 1/2 price ice cream scoop from 605 Scoops! Yoga classes are available to sign up for online or on the ticket link provided! Don't want to do the yoga class? That's ok! Come over anyway and enjoy a treat and look around!
