Step back in time at the historic Starr Family Home State Historic Site & create your very own Fancy Victorian Paper Fan! During the Victorian era, beautifully decorated fans were both fashionable accessories & clever tools of communication.No registration required. Just drop on in anytime between 10 AM & 2 PM. Yard games will also be set up each day. Try your hand at classic activities like graces, hoop & stick, jump ropes, & more!
