*The first session will be held via Zoom, allowing participants to bake cookies and prepare icing in their own kitchens. The second session will take place in person at Western Wyoming Community College.

Course Description: Impress your friends and family with gorgeous holiday cookies! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn to make foolproof sugar cookies that bake up perfectly for decorating—no spreading or misshapen edges. On Monday, we’ll mix up a no-fail dough and make royal icing with the ideal consistency. Then on Wednesday, you’ll learn step-by-step royal icing techniques to turn your cookies into festive, bakery-worthy treats. You’ll go home with recipes, decorating skills, and your own beautifully frosted cookies—just in time for the holidays! No experience needed.
