Join us in the open air for the first gig of the year at the Ecomusicology Project - a live electronic set from F.Ampism. His music weaves experimentation, found sound and playful melodies into a rich and rewarding tapestry of sound. There is an organic, pastoral feel to this music, and the TEP roundhouse feels like it might be the optimal environment in which to listen to it! "...a sonic pipeline where the boundaries between the electronic and the organic have been smeared out of sight. Synthesizers and musique concrète form a symbiotic soundscape of collage ... a physical proximity to the sounds become nearly palpable, adding a sublime feeling of interiority.... a wild excursion undulating through the streets of sound, feeling and thought." -
