An Interactive Experience of Emotions, Boundaries & Belonging
Sometimes the way we experience relationships has less to do with what’s happening…
and more to do with the emotional lenses we unconsciously wear.
A fear of rejection. A need to belong.
The urge to rescue, withdraw, fix, avoid, please, control, or protect.
In this immersive Authentic Relating experience, we’ll explore the hidden emotional patterns that shape the way we connect with others, and ourselves.
We offer a playful, honest, embodied space where we get to notice what happens in real-time connection.
Through interactive exercises, movement, guided experiences, and relational games, we’ll explore:
✨ Emotional “lenses” we wear in relationships
✨ The Drama Triangle (Victim, Rescuer, Persecutor)
✨ Boundaries vs Belonging
✨ Honest communication & self-awareness
✨ What happens when we stop performing and start relating

Whether you’re completely new to Authentic Relating or already familiar with this work, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
No need to “get it right.” Just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore.

🌱 What is Authentic Relating?
There is something quietly powerful about being met as you are. Not performing. Not trying to be interesting. Not having to get it right. Just arriving, noticing, and discovering what becomes possible when we slow down enough to truly meet ourselves and each other. Together we practice honesty, presence, and meaningful human connections and what becomes possible when we bring more awareness into connection.
