Famous Film & TV Vehicles Roll into Gunwharf Quays This Half Term

Free 'Haunted Highway' event brings legendary screen-inspired motors and Halloween fun to the waterfront destination. 

This October half term, Gunwharf Quays is inviting families to step into the world of movie magic, as a collection of famous film and television-inspired vehicles arrives at the outlet shopping and leisure destination ahead of Halloween. 

Running from 26th until 31st of October, Haunted Highway will bring together a line-up of instantly recognisable motors inspired by some of the world's most beloved supernatural, mystery-solving and crime-fighting adventures. From ghost-hunting wagons to mystery-solving vans and superhero rides, guests can get up close to legendary vehicles that have captivated audiences across generations. 

Open daily from 11am to 5pm, the display will transform the waterfront into a must-visit Halloween destination, offering families the chance to explore the vehicles, snap memorable photos and enjoy a touch of big-screen nostalgia during the school holidays. 

Alongside Haunted Highway, guests can enjoy the autumnal atmosphere at ‘Castaway Cove presents Oktoberfest’. Located on The Plaza and open daily during half term from 12pm to 8pm, the seasonal hideaway features a traditional German grill hut, Bavarian beer on tap, mulled wine, and hot chocolate. Complete with enclosed heated seating, traditional Bavarian music, and games like table football and 'throw the pretzel', it offers the ideal spot to relax and refuel.
