FamilySearch Center Grand Opening — Come Celebrate With Us!
Come explore our newly opened Bakersfield South Stake FamilySearch Center! Whether you’re brand new to family history or have been researching for years, there will be something for everyone.
Tour the Center, meet friendly volunteers who can help you get started, and discover the free tools available through FamilySearch. In the Cultural Hall, enjoy hands-on family history activities, a world ancestry map, family history and heirloom displays, children’s activities, teen activities, fun computer discoveries, a family-history photo station, and refreshments.
Bring your children, grandparents, neighbors, and friends! Come discover something about your family, make a memory together, and see how fun family history can be.
