Welcome the new year and celebrate winter at Family Yoga this January! Little ones and caregivers will enjoy simple yoga with winter-themed songs, stories, and poses.
There will be approximately 30 minutes of yoga time, plus other engaging and interactive yoga-related activities.

Family Yoga is a monthly class that introduces busy little bodies to yoga in a fun and accessible way. The first 30 min will be directed yoga songs, poses, and games followed by 30 min of interactive yoga play to further explore favorite songs, games and activities. This class is designed to teach social emotional skills and build strong and well integrated brains.
