Family yoga is a chance to move, laugh, and relax togetherāstrengthening not just bodies, but family bonds. Each month we bring a new themed adventure to life through yoga, stories, music, and imagination.
In this special event, we will:
š§ Begin with an opening circle to connect
š¬ļø Explore breathwork + mindfulness to feel grounded
š¶ Enjoy group yoga games, partner poses & creative movement
š Wind down with a cozy guided visualization + soothing sounds
š Close with a reflection circle to reconnect
No yoga experience neededājust bring your curiosity, energy, and sense of adventure! Please wear comfy clothes to move in, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle for each family member (extra mats available at the studio).
