Connect with your kiddos through the joy of yoga! Designed for adults with children ages 3-10, this playful class blends time on the mat with movement around the room. Expect yoga poses, music, games, and simple breathing techniques that support connection, calm, and everyday co-regulation.
This is a special opportunity to deepen your bond while exploring yoga together in a fun, supportive way.
