Yoga is a great way to spend some quality time together, reconnect with each other and have fun while moving!Yoga can be a good activity for children and parents to take up and help to build on strength, flexibility, enhancing focus & mindfulness, and finding inner calm & quietness. There will be lots of fun and laughter along the way learning something new together!
