Our family yoga sessions blend playfulness and yoga, creating a space for the whole family to relax, connect, and enjoy quality time together.Practising yoga together will leave you feeling rejuvenated, filled with love, and is a wonderful way to spend quality time as a family.
Yoga is great for creating a feeling of calm and tranquility and can teach all of us how to quieten our minds in the busy world we live. Yoga can help kids to express themselves, build resilience and help navigate big feelings. Our sessions explore playfulness and encourage curiosity and connection.
In our sessions you will enjoy:
Energetic and fun yoga poses
Child led fun and playfulness
Lots of partner work to build connection
Creativity and imagination
Quietening the mind and body through breath work and meditation
Our family classes are suitable for everyone, no previous yoga experience required, just come with an open heart and prepared to practice yoga in a light hearted and playful way. We welcome children from 5-15 years and their families.
