Healthy Fun for the Whole Family

Join Lisa Bondy for a playful yoga practice with poses from land, sea and sky all honoring our mother earth.

Gratitude is only half of the equation. Responsibility is the other. Learn green practices that take care of the planet and everyone on it!

We end with a gratitude meditation and special activity using and learning about essential oils for healing and happiness all around. (Open to all)
