Mindful Movement and Crafts for You and Your Children
Please note these are outdoor sessions, please wear suitable clothing and footwear for mud and exercise. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
Our weekly classes are held in Little Lever, helping children build balance and coordination, foster emotional focus and physical development.
This class is perfect for families to get outdoors and find your zen. Our classes provide a unique bonding experience for parents and children.
We balance high-energy games with storytelling coach led poses, peaceful breath work and meditation, leaving you all feeling refreshed and reset.
Followed by our forest school session, with crafts all made from natural resources, let's connect with nature whilst finding out creative side!
