This class differs from other family and children’s classes in that it offers a slow therapeutic style rather than high energy games. The class will include the connection of breath, sound and movement in order to relax and renew as an individual and as a family. Our minimum age is 4 (however we can be flexible depending on the child) and there is no upward limit so grandparents or great-grandparents welcome!
