Connect, move, and breathe together! Our Family Yoga Series is a joyful way for parents and caregivers to bond with their kids through playful movement and mindfulness. Each class features fun, kid-friendly yoga flows, partner poses, and beginner-friendly parenter-yoga, along with simple breathing and mindfulness techniques your family can use at home. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and connection—while creating meaningful memories together. No experience needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and grow as a family!
6-week series
Age 5 - 8 with parent/caregiver
Enroll under your child’s name, if multiple children are attending enroll each of them under their own names.
