Family Workshop: Botanical Banners
About this Event
Join artist Christina Rose Brown to create a nature-inspired banner with fun printing techniques, which you can take home and enjoy. During the workshop, you will also have the chance to contribute to a bunting installation with other families and see your collaborative artwork on display in the Museum!
There are two sessions running from 11am-1pm and 2-4pm. The workshop is suitable for 5–12 year-olds. Dress for mess!
What’s included with my ticket?
Led by a professional artist with all materials provided, all you have to do is bring yourselves! Tickets also include free entry to the Museum so you can explore at your leisure.
About Christina Rose Brown
Christina Rose Brown works predominantly with textiles and paint, depicting the female form and motherhood to explore themes of female identity and experience. She combines part-time teaching with a professional art career, exhibiting regularly across the UK. She has organised workshops and events for several London-based galleries and museums including Tate Modern, the British Museum, Fitzrovia Chapel and The Together Space.
