On Mondays to Fridays, from the 30th March to 3rd April and again the 6th to 10th April, join in on a 45-minute tour at 11 AM. Step inside Colchester Castle this Easter for a family adventure like no other!Join our fun, interactive tour and uncover more than 2,000 years of fascinating history. From Roman origins to medieval life, you’ll explore the Castle’s incredible past through stories, hands‑on activities and real objects to handle.
Perfect for curious young explorers ages 5+ (and their grown‑ups!) this lively experience brings history to life in an exciting and memorable way.
Please note the tour includes climbing uneven stairs, crouching to pass through low archways, and some uneven flooring underfoot.
Additionally, the roof portion of our tour is currently suspended for essential repair works.
Tickets are £3.75 per person.
