Family to Family Hendricks Regional Health

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family members, partners, and friends of adults living with mental health conditions. We will meet weekly on Wednesdays for 8 weeks. Led by trained facilitators who have lived experience supporting a loved one with mental illness, the course provides practical information about mental health conditions, treatment options, communication strategies, and ways families can support recovery while also taking care of themselves. Participants gain tools to navigate the mental health system, manage crises, reduce stress, and connect with others who understand what their family is going through. The program creates a supportive environment where families can learn, share experiences, and build hope.
