About this Event

This Family Sunday, join illustrator Serena Geddes for a fun, hands-on illustrating workshop. Serena will share her ideas on how she comes up with her fabulous characters and guide you as you build and create your own!

Serena Geddes is the author and illustrator of Ella Forever, a brand-new graphic novel series that follows on from the beloved Ella Diaries. She’s an internationally published children’s book creator, best known for popular series like Howzat Pat and Lulu Bell, and picture books such as We Are Matildas and Hope is a Spark. Having illustrated over 80 books, Serena is passionate about helping young people connect with stories through drawing, comics and visual storytelling.

This workshop is suitable for 8–12 year olds.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer, and everyone requires a ticket.
