On September 12th, 2026 we will be hosting our 3rd annual Touch-A-Truck Event titled “Family Summer End Fun Fest, Bay City State Park Edition!”
Our event will feature the following:
Scouting America
Girl Scouts
Community Resources
And Fun Activities for families.
Will have a varied of trucks and equipment on hand for kids to get up close to and check out. Like last year, we are planning to have Flight Care and MSP Helicopters landing in the park, depending on availability and weather conditions.
Scouting America will have a Rock-climbing wall & Pinewood Derby track.
Kids would you like to try your hand at Slings shot? Stop by the Girl Scouts tent and give it a shot.
Parents did you know that there are a ton of community resources available to you? Stop on out and check them out.
Our event is sponsored by Molina Healthcare, The Friends of Bay City State Park & Gordon Food Service. Molina Healthcare is paying for the Recreation Passport for the first 100 vehicles that don’t already have it.
The Friends of Bay City State Park and Gordon Food Service are sponsoring lunch for 1000 people. We’ll have Hot Dogs, bottle water and chips.
