Family Summer Cooking Session

To join our FREE fun, family activity session you must live near or within watford.
The sessions are aimed at children aged 6-12 and parents must attend with their child. Siblings are welcome!

The session will include:

• A family cook-a-long involving some top tips from our trained nutritionists
• 1 hour of fun physical activity for the kids!
• An oportunity for some advice on healthy cooking on a budget, and to share some tips with other parents!

We will be running 4 repeated sessions across Watford so please only sign up to one session with one ticket per family!
