Families are taking over Studio Row!💙
Join us on Saturday, November 16th from 9:30AM-11:30AM with all your favorite group ex & kids fitness instructors at our first ever Family Studio Crawl.
We will be offering 4 different tracks, and all classes will be in 30 minute increments. Including Zumba, Yoga, Six Zone, HITT & Kick, and The Trip!
Registration opens on November 1st at 9am on the NAC app. Please register every family member that will be attending.
**Please keep in mind that in order for a child to participate in a spin class, they must be 7 or older**
