πΆ Join us for our first Family Shabbat Sing A Long Service, where we come together in joyful harmony to celebrate Jewish traditions through music! π΅ Bring the whole family to create joyful memories together. β€οΈIntroducing our first-ever Family Shabbat Sing A Long Service! In partnership with Temple Emanu-El of Palm Beach, Dr. Emily Aronoff is thrilled to lead this interactive service that uses music to make learning about Jewish traditions and values a fun and engaging experience.
Dr. Aronoff holds a B.A. in Jewish Studies, an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction, and an Ed.D. in Jewish Education. Her expertise in designing impactful programs shines through in her groundbreaking research on Tot Shabbat programs and their impact on engaging families with young children in Jewish life. She released 5 albums of Jewish kids' music as 'Miss Emily'. With her extensive background in Jewish education, music, and curriculum development, she aims to cultivate vibrant Jewish identities and strengthen Jewish communities. She is raising three amazing Jewish kiddos in Palm Beach County.
This interactive service is perfect for families with young children and will help strengthen community connections as we use the shared joy of music to enhance bonds within individual families and the broader Jewish community. Be part of the uplifting atmosphere as we provide an inclusive, participatory, and musically rich experience for all ages. Don't miss out on this opportunity to build a shared sense of unity and support that transcends program sessions.
Our shared meal will allow us to connect more meaningfully (and allow you to skip cooking and cleaning).
Communal music-making serves as a powerful tool to bring individuals together and create a supportive and uplifting environment. It enables the sharing of common values, helps form meaningful connections, and fosters a vibrant sense of community. By participating in experiences like these that facilitate communal music making, you are nurturing spiritual growth, identity development, and bonding within your family and the wider Jewish community. In addition, engaging with music as a means of learning helps build a strong connection to Judaism, ensuring our traditions are passed down and embraced by future generations
