Come and join the fun at family pyjama yoga! Come dressed in pyjamas, onesies or comfy clothes! You can also bring a favourite cuddly toy. Class is SEN friendly.We will have some partner yoga fun, with an autumnal theme and we will dim all the lights and have a bit of a glow party in the studio/sensory room with everyone receiving wearable glow bands.
There will also be a sensory activity of making autumnal lavender bags as well as warm drinks before heading home for bedtime.
A fun, alternative Saturday evening!
Please note the studio is up one flight of stairs with no lift.
Free parking is available (up to 3 hours in adjacent Asda car park)
Please notify of any allergies/dietary requirements
Please dress comfortably
Workshops are normally non-refundable, in the event you can't make it an alternative will be offered at our discretion
