The Sensory-Friendly performance is sponsored by The Miracle League of Connecticut. These performances are designed to support individuals with sensory dysfunction or sensory processing differences, including those on the autism spectrum, those experiencing PTSD, and others who benefit from a more flexible theater environment. During the performance, house lights remain partially on, volume is lowered, and potentially jarring sound and lighting effects are reduced. Electronic devices such as iPads are allowed, audience members may enter and exit as needed, a safe space is available in the lobby, and fidget toys are welcome.
