For more than 40 years, Inside the Orchestra has been bringing high-quality, educational orchestra programming to families across the Denver metro area. While our work has historically focused on children, we believe the power of live music, learning, and connection belongs to everyone—which is why we are especially excited to welcome individuals and groups of all ages and abilities to our Music of the World program.
We warmly invite special needs groups and individuals of all ages, including adults, to join us for this experience on Friday, February 21 at 10:00 AM at the Lone Tree Hub. These concerts are designed to be flexible, inclusive, and welcoming, with plenty of ADA-accessible seating, hearing protection available, and a relaxed environment where everyone can engage at their own comfort level. Movement, vocalizations, and taking breaks are always welcome—this is a supportive, judgment-free space to enjoy music together.
Audiences are seated inside the circle of the orchestra, surrounded by a 16-piece professional ensemble, a guest singer and dancer, and guided by English–Spanish bilingual conductor Steven Aguiló-Arbues. The program features music from around the world, blending familiar classical favorites with folk traditions, and is thoughtfully designed to make learning about the orchestra fun, engaging, and accessible for all.
