Celebrate Family Fun with a Night Out Adventure at Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park!Join us for an unforgettable Family Night Out at Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park! This exciting evening program will feature a guided night hike through the park’s trails, where families will search for glowing creatures and learn about the park’s nocturnal wildlife. We’ll enjoy campfire songs, bat “listening,” and, of course, delicious s’mores by the fire. This program is designed for families to bond, explore, and experience the wonders of the outdoors after dark.
Fitness Level: Easy/Moderate (dark/uneven trails)
All participants must register in advance. Any participant under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult, who must stay with their child throughout the event.

Minimum suggested youth age for this program is 7 years old due to the activities planned, but all ages welcomed.
It is recommended to bring water, bug spray, and wear long sleeves/pants for comfort.
The trails may be uneven and are not suitable for strollers.
