Family Night: Letting Go is a shared breathwork experience for parents and their children (ages 10–17) designed to create connection with intention, presence, and care.

This evening offers families a chance to breathe together, feel together, and gently let go—of stress, expectations, tension, and the emotional weight we all carry.

• A guided breathwork journey for parents and teens, experienced side-by-side
  
• A theme of letting go—of stress, emotional buildup, and unspoken pressure

• A facilitated sharing circle, offering space to reflect, listen, and be witnessed—at your own comfort level
  

Participation in sharing is always invitational, and silence is just as welcome as words.

Breathwork meets teens where words often fail. It helps the body release what the mind can’t articulate—and gives parents a way to support their children without needing to fix or explain.
