We’re inviting families to a magical afternoon in nature where movement, imagination, and the night sky come together. A special Family Day for children and parents to play, learn, and connect through yoga and astronomy.
We begin with playful kids yoga and a short guided relaxation inspired by space and the stars. Then we explore the sky through stories and simple astronomy activities, followed by creative crafts and hands-on play. As the sun sets, we look up together and observe the evening sky through a telescope.
No screens, no rush. Just curiosity, movement, and wonder shared together.
