Family Morning in Cherry Hinton Hall Park

Find Bessie the Book Bike in Cherry Hinton Hall Park to enjoy a nature storytime and some family activities including bark rubbing, bubbles and paper airplane making! All materials for the crafts will be provided.

Bring a picnic blanket or something to sit on for your comfort and don't forget to check the weather forecast to plan your clothing!

If you are not a library member you will be able to join the library for free and start borrowing straight away from Bessie's surprise cargo!

You can also register online for an introductory membership ahead of the event which allows you to borrow 2 items. If you bring a proof of address on the day or to one of our libraries during our opening hours staff can upgrade you to a full membership which allows you to borrow 12 items!
