Family Mindfulness Hike with Leslie Glenn

Enjoy the beauty of our county and immerse yourself in the healing powers of nature on this half day excursion.

We will pause to connect, reflect, and share mindfulness practices along the way. We will learn healthy, creative tools to support ourselves and each other, build community and share meaningful conversations centered in mental health and well being.

This is an all-ages event. Participants under 18 are welcome to attend with an adult. No childcare or supervision of children is being provided.
