Family Health Coalition 2025

Agencies and organizations who provide services to members of our community are invited to attend. These services can include services for children, adults, veterans, elderly, and families. We want to provide a networking space for community agencies and organizations to know what you do to improve the health and way of life of our community members. Some of the benefits of attending our Family Health Coalitions include:

• Free meetings
• Market your agency/organization with a 3–5-minute presentation among stakeholders
• Share upcoming events you are hosting and/or attending
• Share your brochures and other useful information to help people navigate your services and agency

The agenda will be sent out to those who registered the week of the meeting. To get on the agenda and be a guest speaker at our meeting with a 20–30-minute presentation please reach out to Kieri Sitz by email or phone at: [email protected] or 432-210-5927.

If you are unable to attend in person to hand out your information you are welcome to email all announcements or handouts to Jamie Mitchell at [email protected] to be distributed to all attendees after the meeting with the minutes.
