This month, spend quality time together during Family Yoga! Yoga is a great way to increase strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body. Suitable for the entire family, this class will have modifications for all ages and ability levels.

Each month, the Y hosts FREE Family Fun events at all YMCA Wellness Centers (Bardmoor YMCA, Jim & Heather Gills YMCA and Speer YMCA). These events, typically held on the second Friday of each month, feature a variety of festivities for the entire family.
YMCA members and guests are welcome to attend.
