Let's process and release 2024, and prepare our minds, bodies, and souls for 2025. Join us in community for our 11th year of 108 Sun Salutations, led by Jessica Mihm.
Focus the mind and get in motion. Together, we'll create a foundation of intention to kick off the new year. What are you ready to release? What are you allowing for and strengthening? Let the repetition of movement lay the track forward.
The 108 Suns will end with ambient guitar and a lovely savasana. Afraid you can't do it? Don't worry. Jessica provides plenty of options, modifications, and breaks. Get your hamstrings ready and let's goooo!
