Join us at our table for this family friendly class learn the history of cannoli before filling you own to take home.

About this Class: Get ready to get your hands messy. This family friendly class will teach you the history of the cannoli to the tips and tricks to make them at home. Our scola chef will then demonstrate how to make them before you fill & decorate your own box of cannoli to take home & enjoy.

About this Dish: One of the most beloved Italian desserts, cannoli are Sicilian crispy fried pastry tubes piped with a sweet creamy filling of ricotta, mascarpone, or pastry cream. You’ll often see them studded with chocolate or chopped pistachios. In this class, you’ll assemble the Cannoli from prepared ingredients.

In this Class You Will:

• Fill your own cannoli to take home
• Take home the recipes from the class

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued ID proving they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are suitable for children 6+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time, we may not be able to accommodate special needs. (Please note: select dishes contain pork)

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of registration and all sales are final. No refunds are offered on classes and events. Groups of 5–10 guests: a minimum of 7 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event. Groups of up to 4 guests: a minimum of 4 days' notice (class day not included) is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you directly to offer a full refund or credit toward a future event. We are not able to offer credit, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, or personal emergencies — however, you are always welcome to send someone in your place. If purchasing this class as a gift, please share this policy with the recipient, as it will still apply. Credits issued for La Scuola events are redeemable only for future La Scuola events and cannot be exchanged for store credit or Eataly gift cards.
