Youth Learning Lab by Lope (k-12)
Free event for K-12 ages. Download flyer as ticket into park.
- Demos and mini-science/veterinary lessons with track pony horses as teachers. (No riding)
- Presentation of LOPE and Horse Wise teaching methods.
- Extended Q&A with guest speakers, including a Texas State Veterinarian, a horse trainer, and outrider.
- Tour of race barn area (if weather & race schedule permits).
LOPE is a 501(c)(3) charity that helps at-risk racing warriors find new purpose, while inspiring young people through horsemanship and veterinary education.
