Family Fun in the Teaching Kitchen
About this Event
Bring the kids and join us in the Teaching Kitchen for a fun, hands-on evening designed for the whole family!
Led by Cassandra Haddad, CRNP, and her kids, this interactive class is all about getting families into the kitchen together. Kids will have the chance to get involved, learn, and see how making nourishing food can be fun for every age.
What to Expect
👩🍳 Hands-on cooking
👨👩👧👦 Designed for families — A relaxed, kid-friendly environment where everyone can participate and have fun together.
🥣 Allergy-conscious recipes — Everything prepared will be at least gluten-free and dairy-free. Additional allergy modifications and substitutions will be discussed verbally during the class when possible.
💡 Practical takeaways — Pick up ideas and inspiration you can bring back to your own kitchen and make with your family.
