An Invitation to All Restaurateurs
To the 22nd Annual Northdale Family Fun Festival & Parade
The Northdale Family Fun Festival & Parade will be held at Northdale Park, 15510 Hooting Owls Place
Tampa, FL 33624 on Saturday, April 5th from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
The Northdale Civic Association (NCA) invites you to participate in this award-winning community celebration. The festival offers great exposure to your place of business. Don’t miss this chance to meet and greet more than 3,500 festival visitors that come for this fun-filled day with their friends and family. The festival also provides an opportunity to network with the 70 plus table sponsors that setup at the event and from time to time may need the services of a caterer.
We do not charge food vendors a table fee. We ask that food vendors give out small food samples from their menu. About 2,500 samples should be sufficient. No sales are allowed at this event. We offer participants additional exposure to your business by offering the following:
• Opportunity to include a business flier, coupon, or other marketing material at one Northdale OWLS monthly meeting (400 seniors in attendance). It is the vendor’s responsibility to supply the copies. Please bring the items to the festival’s NCA Information table.
• Your company’s logo on festival shirts. RSVP and send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion.
• Food vendors will receive two festival shirts.
• We provide a table where our volunteers will hand out your advertising material and coupons to festival guests. It’s the vendor’s responsibility to bring copies to the festival’s NCA Information table.
• We provide two six-foot tables, two chairs and assign you a reserved space.
The festival offers: free food samples from restaurants, plus firefighters cook 3000 hotdogs that are given out by our volunteers; free bottled water; free live entertainment from the stage; free supervised games for children; plus, free parking. This all translates to a large crowd of happy guests.
All food vendors are invited to participate in the parade.
Food Vendor Instructions:
Setup hours are 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. day of event. All food vendors must be in the park by 9:00 A.M.
We will have volunteers on hand to direct you to your assigned location. Please drive slowly and watch out for pedestrians.
Parking for vendors will be available on the parking grounds.
We highly recommend that you bring a 10x10 shade canopy for your comfort.
Please provide your own table covers, utensils, napkins and disposable serving dishes.
We provide trashcans and trash disposal but suggest bringing extra boxes or trash bags for your workspace.
We request that you stay for the duration of the event.
This is an outside event and access to electricity is limited.
Event will be held rain or shine.
Sales are not allowed at this event.
